Please note that if you are using a Company/Campus/Govt/Local Authority provided laptop or network, you may have issues connecting as the WebRTC protocol may be blocked by such devices . You will need to use a personal device/network.
If the issue is happening on a personal device I would recommend the following steps:
- Can you ensure you are using the latest version of your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Please do not use Internet explorer as it has been discontinued by Microsoft.
- Can you ensure that you only have one tab open with our application and similar applications that require your webcam / microphone are closed.
- Please turn off any VPN/Ad blocker/Firewall/Proxy server you may have running on your browser, device or network.
- If the problem persists, can you please complete via our Sonru Record app. The app is available for both android and iOS mobile/tablet devices.
