To trouble shoot this for laptop/PC please do the following:
- make sure that your current browser is up to date, and that Adobe Flash Player is installed and up to date if needed
- try and use an alternative browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
- Please note: Edge is not supported, please avoid using this browser for your interview completion.
- Please note that Safari version 14.0 no longer supports flash, you may attempt to use an earlier version of Safari but it may be unstable so we recommend you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- restart your computer and try to log back in again
To trouble shoot this for iOS/Android mobile devices please do the following:
- uninstall "Sonru record" app
- restart your device
- install "Sonru record" app
- login the same way as you did before
