The OpenTok plugin allows Internet Explorer users to participate in OpenTok-powered video sessions as if they were using Chrome or Firefox.
If you are using Internet Explorer for your Sonru Live interview (and you don't want to change to Firefox, Chrome or Opera), you may be prompted to install the OpenTok plugin. The OpenTok Plugin for Internet Explorer enables OpenTok 2.0 sessions in Internet Explorer. The plugin supports Internet Explorer 8 and above (not supported in 64-bit mode).
You can test your network and equipment on the OpenTok system here https://tokbox.com/developer/tools/precall/
Once you have installed the plugin and reloaded the page, OpenTok functionality is available on the page (and on other pages that use OpenTok).
You can check which version of Internet Explorer you are using or update your version here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IE/internet-explorer/which-version-am-i-using#ie=other
You can check if your pc is running the 32Bit or 64Bit version of Windows here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IE/windows7/find-out-32-or-64-bit
