On rare occasions, you can get disconnected from the application midway through recording the interview. If this happens, do not panic: the system will automatically try to reconnect and resume the interview.
Losing connection can occur for technical reasons such as complete loss of internet connection, computer malfunction, incoming phone calls or another application starting on a mobile device.
If this happens, in the majority of cases, you can log back in and complete the interview from the point where you were logged out. You will be shown the question again and can start recording.
