If you are using a PC or Laptop to complete your interview you will be asked to enter a password, You can enter a previously used password or create a new one when prompted. You can also click on the "Forgot Password" link and you will receive an email where you can then reset/create your password.
If you don't see that email, try checking your spam folder. The link inside the email also expires after 15 minutes and will give a "token" error if that time is up. Go through the password reset process again if you see that error and make sure you click on the link within 15 minutes.
