If you were recently invited to a Sonru interview and are experiencing any issues whilst trying to complete, please ensure you have checked the troubleshooting advice below:
To help ensure you complete your interview we urge you to follow the below advice to prevent any delays and help complete within your deadline.
- Please ensure you are using the latest version of your browser and device. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- Please turn off any VPN/Ad blocker/Firewall/Proxy server you may have running on your browser, device or network.
- If the problem persists, you can also complete via our Sonru Record app. The app is available for both android and iOS mobile/tablet devices.
- Please note that if you are using a Company/Campus/Govt/Local Authority provided laptop or network, you may have issues connecting as the WebRTC protocol may be blocked by such devices . You will need to use a personal device/network.
