All candidates invited to complete an interview with Sonru will have the opportunity to log in to complete their interview.
When candidates log on using their laptop / PC, they will also be able to manage their interview(s) and their account settings.
If a candidate wants to update their information or request access to the data, they will see that this is included in the settings of their account.
Candidates will have the opportunity to choose three actions:
(1) Request a copy of their data
By clicking on one of these links, you can request a file containing a complete list of data that Sonru holds for you in his role as data controller ("Sonru Data"). It will include links to download your training phases. You can request this information in PDF or JSON format. This request will take up to 30 days to process. You can also request corrections to your data by contacting gdpr@sonru.com.
2) Request to delete their Sonru data (only practice and technical registers, etc.)
You can also ask Sonru to permanently delete all the data it holds on you as a data controller ("Sonru Data"). Removal requests will take up to 30 days to process. If you have requested a copy of your data, please wait to receive it before requesting a deletion. Please note that deletion is irreversible.
The candidate's data controller is the company for which you interviewed. They are responsible for managing your candidate data.
(3) Request that all data of your maintenance be erased by the data controller (the company for which you have completed the interview)
Sonru holds other data about you as a data processor for the company with which you have completed the interview. You may request a copy of this data (in PDF format or in machine-readable form), have it corrected or modified, or removed. To do this, please send an email to the company for which you completed the interview directly to:
All requests are confirmed on the screen and will be processed within 30 days of submission
You will receive a confirmation directly from the privacy team (email displayed via this page) from the company for which you completed the interview within 30 days of the request.
