Bandwidth Issues on Sonru Live

To help rectify any bandwidth issues, please see the tips below.

For video call/screen sharing minimum recommended bandwidth is 300kbps

Video calls use a lot more bandwidth than voice calls, so to avoid any issues with your Sonru Live interview, we recommend:

• Closing other applications that use the internet, especially those playing music or video streaming.
• Cancelling any file transfers in progress.
• Use a wired connection rather than wifi (if possible) for a more stable connection

If this does not resolve your problem, you may need to increase your bandwidth. Contact your Internet Service Provider if you need more information regarding your download and upload speeds. 

You can also try again using a different Internet Service Provider.
