Every candidate invited to complete a Sonru Interview will be given access to login to complete their interview.
When candidates log in using their laptop/PC, they will also have an option to manage their interview(s) and their account settings.
Should a candidate wish to update their information or make a Data Access Request they will see this is included in their account settings
Candidates will have the option to choose three actions:
(1) Request a copy of their data
By clicking either of these links you can request a file that shows a complete list of the data that Sonru holds for you in its role as Data Controller ("Sonru Data"). It will include links to download your interview practice videos. You can request this information in either PDF or JSON format. This request will take up to 30 days to process. You can also request corrections to your data by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
(2) Request to delete their Sonru data (only practice and technical logs etc)
You can also request Sonru to permanently delete all of the data that it holds on you in its role as Data Controller ("Sonru Data"). Deletion requests will take up to 30 days to process. If you have requested a copy of your data, please wait to receive it before making a deletion request. Please note that deletion is irreversible.
The controller of the candidate data is the company you interviewed for. They are responsible for managing your candidate data.
