To trouble shoot this for laptop/PC please do the following:
- make sure that your current browser is up to date, and that Adobe Flash Player is installed and up to date if needed
- try and use an alternative browser, such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. Please note: Edge is not supported, please avoid using this browser for your interview completion.
- restart your computer and try to log back in again
To trouble shoot this for iOS/Android mobile devices please do the following:
- uninstall "Sonru record" app
- restart your device
- install "Sonru record" app
- login the same way as you did before
