If you are using a PC or Laptop to complete your interview you will be asked to enter a password, You can enter a previously used password or create a new one when prompted. You can also click on the "Forgot Password" link and you will receive an email where you can then reset/create your password.
If you are attempting to complete your video interview using a mobile device via our app. When you open the app you will be required to enter your "Interview Code" that is shown on the invitation. This gets you access to the Hiring Organisations Sonru Platform only so you will still have to log in and create a password to create your own account.
