Password / Interview Code?

There are two different methods to complete your video interview.

PC/Laptop or Mobile device such as iPhone/iPad or Android.

If you are using a PC or Laptop to complete your interview, then you will need to firstly enter the "Interview Code" and then enter a previously used password or create a new one when prompted. You can also click on the "Forgot Password" link to create a new password.

If you are attempting to complete your video interview using a mobile device such as iPhone/iPad or android device; then you will need to download the "Sonru Record" app from the Appstore or Playstore and when opened, enter your "Interview Code" that is shown on the invitation.

If you are receiving an error when entering your interview code and your code contains a (1 one) or a lower case (L) try entering a (1 one) instead of a lower case (L) and vice versa.
