If you are using a PC or Laptop to complete your interview you will be asked to enter a password. You can enter a previously used password (if you completed any previous interviews or logged in) or create a new one when prompted (if logging in for the first time).
Please note: The Mobile Device Activation code is NOT a password
Requirements for the password are included on screen and will guide you on the number of characters required. When creating a password you will see instructions turning green when you reach each requirement.
The requirements are as follows:
- one uppercase character
- one lower case character
- one number
- one special character such as !@£$*
After three failed attempts your account will be suspended. You will see how many attempts left before you get suspended. If your account got suspended please contact Sonru support directly, you can do this directly via this page OR via this link below:
It is important to note that getting suspended can delay our support team in getting you a reset link as they can only be refreshed once every 24 hours.
At every stage you will have the option to "forget password" to request a new link to be sent to you.
Please note: you have to use email address that is assigned to your account (where you received your invitation email), otherwise you will not receive password reset link.
If you are attempting to complete your video interview using a mobile device via our app.
When you open the app you will be required to enter your "Mobile Device Activation code" that is shown on the invitation. This gets you access to the Hiring Organisations Sonru Platform only so you will still have to log in and create a password to create your own account.
