Sonru Live on iPad or iPhone

It is currently not possible to carry out your Sonru Live interview on an iOS device such as an iPad or iPhone.

This is due to the Safari browser not supporting the communication components that Sonru Live uses.

Unfortunately trying to use another browser (such as Chrome or Firefox) on your iPad or iPhone will not help matters as these browsers still use the Safari engine.

You will have to either use a computer or android device with a supported browser to complete your Live interview.
