If you are receiving the message "Error 500 - Internal Server Error"
You will need to follow the steps set out below to resolve the issue.
You will need to clear the cookies on your browser. Below are screenshot's advising how to do this on Google Chrome & Firefox.
1. Google Chrome - Click on the 3 dots up the top left corner and click history.
2.Firefox - Click on the symbol in the below picture and the click on clear history.
