'Click to Start' button is not clickable in Internet Explorer

If when starting the interview process, the 'Click to Start' button is not click-able or you cannot see it on your screen then the magnification in your Internet Explorer is probably set to less than 100%. In the bottom right hand corner of your Internet Explorer Browser you should see a magnification icon with a number beside it and a drop down arrow. If this is not set to 100% click the dropdown arrow and set it to 100%. The 'Click to Start' Button will now be available.


If you still see the problem then please check the font settings on your browser and ensure they are set at the correct size e.g. 'medium'

Click on the Page menu option -> Text Size -> Medium
