Google Chrome won't allow me to click on Allow / Deny in Mac OS

Some users have experienced issues with the Audio test and the latest version of Google Chrome using Mac OS

The Audio / Webcam tests need access to your webcam and an Adobe Flash Player message will pop up similar to below:

If you cannot click the 'Allow' button then please follow the steps below in order to rectify this issue:

Step 1: Click on Apple Icon (top left hand side of screen)

Step 2: Select System Preferences and Search for 'Flash Player'

Step 4: Click on the '+' icon on the bottom left of the box.  In the new window that pops up enter the video interview URL that appears in your invitation email eg 'acme.sonru.com' in the website domain field.

From the dropdown list select 'Allow' and then click on the 'Add' button. The window should now close and you will see the website added to the list. Now click on the Close button.

Now restart your browser and log back into the Sonru application. You should now be able to complete the tests successfully.
