When you start to load the interview process, and you see the word 'Testing Connection' and nothing happens, it is possible that a firewall is blocking your access to the application. This may be the case if you are trying to complete the interview from your workplace or within a university/campus environment.
Can you please try using another browser (such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari), to see if that helps?
If this does not help, then it would then appear that the network setting for your internet connection is blocking your access. If this is the case, we advise you to complete the interview using an alternative internet connection.
There is also the option for you to complete your interview using your mobile data (3G/4G) by hot-spotting or via the Sonru Record app on your iPhone or Android smartphone.
