When you start to load the interview process, and you see the words 'Testing connection' and nothing happens, it's possible that a firewall is blocking your access to the application. This may be the case if you are trying to complete the interview in your work place or at university or on a device supplied by a company, with a firewall enabled.
You can firstly try and use another browser (such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari), and see if that helps but if not, the network settings for your internet connection is most likely blocking your access to the application. If this is the case, we advise you to complete the interview using an alternative internet connection outside of this university/corporate environment.
