Known issue with Mac OS X 10.6.5, Flash and iSight camera

There is a known issue while recording an Interview with version 10.6.5 of the Mac OS and the internal Mac iSight camera. If you notice a black screen when recording your practice questions (you cannot see yourself in the video screen) then try uninstalling any Google Plugins that you may have installed and restart the application.

How to view and disable plugins

This should rectify the problem.
