I do not have a webcam - Where can I get one?

Webcams are widely available at all retail and electrical stores and vary in price. You only need a basic camera to complete an online video interview. 

Perhaps you could get access to a webcam by one of the following suggestions.

• Retail and electrical stores across the country sell webcams at competitive prices.

• Borrow one from a friend or family member.

• Internet Café (be sure to choose a quiet time and a spot with plenty of light)

• Most libraries have pc access with webcams inbuilt

• Community Centre

If you have an iPhone, iPad or Android device (with a front facing camera and also supports flash), you can now record your interview using the Sonru Record app for iOS / Android. Download the app from the following links;

• Sonru Record for Android

If your invitation email does not have a mobile code, just contact the Sonru Support team and we will help you out.

What do I do?

• Go to the App Store/ Play Store
• Search for "Sonru Record" app and install it on your device
• Add your mobile code to get started
