The latest Flash Player version is available from the Adobe website by using this link:
Please note, there is no need to install Flash on Chrome as that browser comes with a Flash plugin that needs to be enabled.
During your interview the application will prompt you to allow "Flash Access", please click allow and you should be able to proceed.
If a notification does not pop up, please go to Settings > Advanced > Privacy & Security > Site Settings and scroll down to Flash and select the option to "Ask first" then reload the candidate portal and try again. You will then be able to continue.
