What if I have not received my email invitation to the interview?

If you have received an email from Sonru Support, you should also by now have received your invitation email from the interviewing company.

If this is not in your Inbox, please make sure to check your other folders such as Spam, Junk, Deleted or other folders where you may automatically have emails filed to.

The email you are looking for is: "Invite to complete a video interview from COMPANY_NAME by DATE ..."
